I have been dealing with Toyota of Grand Rapids for 10 years and the service staff did a wonderful job of keeping my 1997 Camry in great shape. Therefore, they were as devastated as I was when my beloved car had an engine melt-down last week. In stepped Kendra to ease me through the painful process of saying goodbye to my faithful car and making a choice for probably the last car I will have in my life. No...I'm not ancient - it's just that a Toyota lasts that long. Kendra let me use a brand new Prius Two for almost a day so I could decide how I felt about that. Then, when I decided a Camry just felt more like home, she had the perfect Camry Hybrid for me. Buying day was long and tiring, but we had fun "trick-or-treating" throughout the dealership while waiting for my new car to be prepped, she helped me get everything out of my old car, took me to get a full tank of gas (on Toyota) and sent me on my way. I look forward to continuing to see the friends I have made in the service department as I give all my love to my new car.

Just a note to tell you how Pleased I was with my visit and then Purchase of a new 2012 Prius ... It is a little to early to tell how my Relationship with my new Prius will be, for for now, it is the best running , handling car I have ever had.

What made the Visit and Purchase so much better , was Al Luke , even before I decided to purchase from your Dealership, Al took the time and showed me the car inside and out , then we test drove, More questions, More Excellent answers.

Love my car, love this dealership!
I had done a fair amount of research online before contacting the dealer. This is the second new Prius I've bought from this dealer. Sean my salesman was fantastic! I wanted the nautical blue color, he made sure one was brought in and ready for me to test drive. He was respectful of my time but made sure all my questions were answered. He was upfront and honest and made the entire process so easy! I love the service at this dealership as well. Ben in service has taken such great care of me and my car for the past four years it was a big reason why I wanted to buy another car from them.

Visited Toyota of Grand Rapids expecting to experience pushy salespeople and rude treatment, but I was wrong. I talked with Al Luke who was receptive, understanding, and a great listener thoughout the process. At no point did I feel pushed, but the advice and information he gave me was helpful and he was just a really great guy to deal with. Not your typical car salesman. The facilities were pretty nice, the cars are high quality, and Al Luke made this my most pleasant car buying experience. Highly recommended!
